Introduction

The main objective of the Master's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering is to offer students a complete vision of aeronautical engineering. Students acquire a capacity for design, development, research and management in the field of aeronautical engineering involving aerospace vehicles, aerospace propulsion systems, aerospace materials, airport infrastructures, aeronautical infrastructures, and any space, traffic and air transport management system.

Program accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, under the General Criteria and the Aerospace and Similarly Named Engineering.

Program Criteria. Program certified by the EUR-ACE Engineering label awarded by the European Network for the Accreditation of Engineering Education (ENAEE).

Objectives

The Master's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering is the degree that qualifies students to practice the profession of aeronautical engineer, in accordance with Order CIN/312/2009. The aim is to train people prepared to play a relevant role in the aeronautical field in public and private companies, and in free professional practice.

Admission criteria

This master's degree can be accessed directly by graduates of Aerospace Engineering (a qualification that enables them to exercise the profession of aeronautical technical engineer). In addition, access to the master’s degree is open to those who hold any bachelor's degree, without prejudice to the establishment of any additional training that may be deemed necessary in this case.
