The Master's in Business Management (MBA) aims to provide participants with global knowledge of business management in an international environment, enabling them to develop the essential management skills to lead different business projects in all types of organisations. In this way, the MBA aims to respond to the real and current needs of the business world. The main objective of the MBA is to train future managers and entrepreneurs capable of managing and leading organisations in today's global environments, characterised by their high level of complexity, dynamism and uncertainty.
The MBA aims to equip students with the knowledge to be able to analyse and creatively resolve complex situations in the field of business management, based on the development and use of theoretical-practical, methodological and information analysis tools. Specifically, the student is expected to attain advanced knowledge in the following fields: business administration and management; accounting; finance; marketing; leadership, management skills and teamwork; corporate taxation; analysis of the environment; operations strategy, and management tools for decision-making.
In addition to technical training, it is considered important to transmit a greater sensitivity to the ethical aspects of the business function, in order to value companies not only for their economic dimension, but also for the social and environmental dimension that characterises them.
The MBA is especially aimed at those with degrees in the field of management (graduates of Business Administration and Management); also engineering graduates who wish to orientate their career towards a management profile, as well as other graduates with professional experience in positions of responsibility and people management.
