The room has a maximum seating capacity of 350 people. We strongly recommend that you come at least 15 minutes before the meeting. Once the room's maximum capacity has been reached, it will no longer be possible to enter; however, you will still be able to view the event online or watch the recording.

From 1 PM, our local branch of the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) will be offering free paella and drinks to all students with an ESN card, which can be obtained on the spot. Location, Casa del Alumno (building 4K). Google Maps

Additional meetings scheduled by the Schools and Faculties

Some Schools, but not all of them, schedule a second meeting for their own exchange students.

If your host School or Faculty has scheduled a second meeting, you will be informed by email directly by your host school about the details.

The information from this meeting complements the Institutional Welcome Day. Presentations focus mainly on academic information and procedures specific to each School or Faculty.

If your home university requires a signature on an arrival certificate, this is the ideal location to obtain it. If you have a template (model) document from your home institution, bring a printed copy, with your name and details already filled out.
